DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park
After an early breakfast, depart from Dar es Salaam and drive to Saadani National Park. The journey takes approximately four to five hours, passing through coastal villages, farmland, and scenic landscapes.
Upon arrival, enter the park and begin your first game drive. Saadani is home to elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of antelope species. Lions are also present, though sightings depend on luck.
After the game drive, transfer to your lodge or beach camp and enjoy lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the beach or enjoying views of the ocean.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a short game drive or sunset walk along the beach where wildlife sometimes roams close to the shoreline. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Morning Safari and Return to Dar es Salaam
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive or optional boat safari on the Wami River. The river safari offers excellent chances to see hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and many bird species from the water.
After the activity, return to the lodge for brunch and check-out. Begin your drive back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the late afternoon.
